We are looking for a passionate wine lover with great customer service skills to join our team on Kangaroo Island as Cellar Door Supervisor. This is a perfect role for a fun-loving individual who enjoys meeting new people and providing authentic and enriching experiences to our guests.


The ideal candidates will be friendly, proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.


To be successful in this position you will:

  • possess a high level of customer service and personal presentation
  • be passionate about wine
  • be able to provide friendly, tailored wine experiences, with multiple customers at once
  • have a positive attitude toward life and work
  • have the ability to work under pressure
  • be available to work weekends and public holidays
  • have experience running a point of sale and balancing a till
  • hold a current RSA Certificate
  • possess organization and time management skills
  • have basic computer skills
  • be physically fit as the job involves standing and lifting up to 20kgs

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous Cellar Door experience
  • A proven sales background
  • Hospitality and events experience
  • Extensive wine knowledge
  • WSET Accreditation

We are currently seeking a Safety and Quality Officer for a reputable organisation here in Adelaide. The Safety and Quality Officer is responsible for ensuring the Safety and Quality processes and procedures within the company. This will include compliance to minimum standards but as importantly contributing actively to strategy and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work as part of the team and be able to provide hands on, one on one advice and recommendations to our project personnel including staff inductions on-site. In addition, you will also play and active role in promoting a proactive health and safety culture across the site.

This role will be reporting directly to the General Manager but will also work collaboratively with the Safety Representative, Project Managers and Site Supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in, and assist project personnel at work site in the set up and management of internal and external HSE system audits that are conducted on projects and work sites
  • Safety system operations and maintenance
  • Quality system operations and maintenance
  • Implementation of relevant changes to HSE management plans and procedures on projects sites in relation to changes to statutory legislation by either regulatory authorities,
  • Participate in, and assist project site management with the completion of incident investigations
  • Continuous improvement facilitation, contribution and mentoring
  • Assisting and facilitating development of procedures and changes
  • Key representative during external audits
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Work Health & Safety
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction market
  • Completion of Certificate IV Occupational Health & Safety

The role:
Based in Roseworthy, we are looking for a Quality Systems Coordinator to manage LR&M Constructions Integrated Quality, Safety & Environment Management Systems (IQSEMS)


Principle Responsibilties:

  • Manage the certification of the IQSEMS to the relevant AS/NZS/ISO standards
  • Update, implement and communicate polices and procedures applicable to the IQSEMS as required
  • Independently audit the implementation of the IQSEMS across the business, including corrective action for any non-conformance
  • Ensure all requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015
  • Ensure all requirements of AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015
  • Must be punctual, reliable and willing to work over time as required

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven working knowledge of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015, AS/NZS ISO 14001:20015 and AS/NZS 4801:2001
  • Quality Management systems as applied to construcion or engineering business'
  • Effective written and oral communciator
